Each step starts with a signed-off Phase Schedule and ends with a formal report for your future reference. You will always know what you are paying for, and can stop at any point. We talk with you and your team about how the business runs, where time is going and what is getting in the way. We then rank the opportunities by value and by how realistic they are, including the ones where AI is not the answer.

Blueprint
We take the best opportunity and design it properly: what it does, where your people stay in the loop, how your data is handled and what it should return. You review it and sign it off before anything else happens.
A signed-off blueprint: the plan every later step is measured against.

Prove
We build a small working version and test it on your own information, so you see what it can and cannot do. If it does not work, you find out cheaply, before the real build.
A proof of concept demo and a short report on what we tested, what happened and what we learned.

Procure
We turn the proven plan into a written brief that any reputable builder can quote against. We help you compare the quotes and ask the right questions. The choice of builder is yours.

We don’t build it, and we don’t sell it.
