The Adaptive Discovery Engine
Beyond the Filter: Engineering Predictive Interest Modeling
Before the era of Large Language Models, we were engineering closed-loop systems that transformed subjective human taste into structured intelligence. This build achieved 90% classification accuracy by bridging the gap between visual nuance and deterministic logic.
The Failure of Static Filtering
Traditional search is a static failure. It relies on rigid, binary inputs—"3-bed, 2-bath, $1M"—that completely ignore the emotional and aesthetic "why" behind a buyer’s intent. This gap creates massive friction: buyers spend hours scrolling through noise, and agents waste cycles on low-intent leads.
We replaced static filtering with an Adaptive Learning Loop. By treating every user interaction as a training data point, the system evolves from a search tool into a predictive advisor. We moved the goalpost from "finding a house" to "modeling a lifestyle."
Our Framework: Data-Brain-Muscle
(The Ingest): Data
A low-friction swiping interface designed as a high-fidelity data collection tool. It captures unstructured aesthetic preferences that traditional forms miss.

(The Reasoning): Brain
A custom image-classification model designed to recognize complex property styles (Architectural, Character, Suburban). We engineered a multi-phase refinement process that boosted accuracy from 70% to 90%.
A dynamic recommendation engine that maps buyer "taste" to real-time inventory, significantly reducing lead-to-conversion time for agents.
(The Outcome): Muscle

Designing for Systematic Feedback
AI is only as powerful as the interface that feeds it. Through iterative usability testing, we ensured the 20-swipe onboarding wasn't just a gimmick—it was a sophisticated data-gathering task that felt like play. This project serves as our primary case study for Human-in-the-Loop Architecture, where UX design is the primary driver of AI accuracy.

A Blueprint for the Agentic Era
The Adaptive Discovery Engine serves as the foundational blueprint for the systems we build today at Intelligent Choice. It proves our long-standing philosophy: that the most powerful AI systems are those that treat human behavior as the ultimate source of truth.
